 Store Manager 

Location: Sydney CBD, NSW
Employment Type: Full-time

  • Lead daily store operations and take responsibility for store performance and customer experience.
  • Drive sales through team leadership, product education and brand storytelling.
  • Manage rosters, stock, visual merchandising and store standards.
  • Recruit, train and coach the retail team to achieve service and sales targets.
  • Ideal for someone with proven retail management experience, strong leadership skills and a passion for beauty and wellness.

 

 Retail Sales Associate 

Location: Sydney CBD, NSW
Employment Type: Part-time / Casual

  • Deliver friendly, engaging and professional customer service.
  • Introduce Unichi products and Teddi Bear gummies through product education and storytelling.
  • Support sales, stock replenishment, POS, merchandising and store presentation.
  • Help create a warm, positive and premium retail experience.
  • Ideal for someone with retail or customer service experience and an interest in beauty, wellness and lifestyle products.

 

 Marketing Intern 

Location: Barangaroo Office, NSW
Employment Type: Internship

  • Create social media content, including copy, photos and short-form videos.
  • Support content planning, product shoots and publishing.
  • Ideal for someone creative, with strong social media skills and an interest in beauty and wellness.

 

 Sales Intern 

Location: Barangaroo Office, NSW, with regular store visits
Employment Type: Internship

  • Visit retail and pharmacy partners to support product displays and gather store feedback.
  • Assist with sales order processing and delivery follow-up.
  • Previous sales experience preferred; good communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to visit stores are essential.
