 Brand Marketing Manager 

Location: Barangaroo Office, NSW
Employment Type: Full-time

  • Lead brand marketing initiatives across ANZ, including campaigns, product launches and consumer communication.
  • Develop engaging brand stories and content strategies across digital, retail and social touchpoints.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand awareness, premium perception and consumer engagement.
  • Support retail, e-commerce and trade marketing activities to drive both brand growth and commercial outcomes.
  • Ideal for someone with strong brand sense, content thinking and experience in consumer goods, beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands.

 

 Sales Manager 

Location: Barangaroo Office, NSW
Employment Type: Full-time

  • Manage and grow sales performance across retail, pharmacy and consumer health channels in the Australian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors and key accounts to support sustainable business growth.
  • Support account management activities, including trading communication, promotional planning, joint business updates, sales performance follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out performance through sales planning, account execution, field sales coordination and in-store visibility.
  • Ideal for someone with FMCG, pharmacy, grocery, beauty, wellness or consumer health sales experience, with proven exposure to retail account management, key account support or distributor management.

 

 Store Supervisor 

Location: Sydney CBD, NSW
Employment Type: Full-time

  • Support daily store operations and help lead the retail team in delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Drive store sales, product education and brand storytelling on the shop floor.
  • Assist with roster coordination, stock management, VM execution and store standards.
  • Coach and support retail team members to ensure consistent service and sales performance.
  • Ideal for someone with strong retail experience, leadership potential and a passion for beauty, wellness and customer engagement.

 

 Retail Sales Associate 

Location: Sydney CBD, NSW
Employment Type: Part-time / Casual

  • Deliver friendly, engaging and professional customer service in-store.
  • Introduce Unichi products and Teddi Bear gummies to customers through clear product education and storytelling.
  • Support daily store operations, including sales, stock replenishment, POS, merchandising and store presentation.
  • Help create a warm, positive and premium retail experience for every customer.
  • Ideal for someone with retail or customer service experience and an interest in beauty, wellness and lifestyle products.
